This unique maple syrup comes from a 100% Indigenous female-owned company, Wabanaki Maple, located on Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick. There, they are harvesting, boiling & refining maple syrup to encompass the land's cultural fabric & taste.
Aged slowly in Kentucky Bourbon barrels to achieve a golden buttery taste. This maple syrup can be used for more than just poured over waffles (although that is delicious too)! Use it to marinate fish, make sauce for meatballs or Asian-style noodles, add to your baking or cocktails... be creative & relish this traditional ingredient.
