Garlic grown right on our own farm.

This is cured garlic, meaning it has hung for 3 weeks to dry out the garlic skin. Doing this prolongs storage, and allows the garlic to be stored on a counter top rather than in a fridge. It also mellows the flavour, and changes the moisture level so it can be roasted, canned, pickled, and stored in oil.

Available while supplies last from September until February.
