Our Italian Sausage is fantastic and its spicing and preparation suit yak meat very well. They are a delight grilled and served in a bun, on their own (say with a particularly excellent mustard), or as the protein in another dish. These are prepared by the folks up at the Meat Chop where we have our animals inspected and processed.
